Evening:  Questions ~

  1. At what degree, and why, should you try to reduce a temperature?  The body is trying to kill germs via heat and up to 40 degrees, let it do it’s work.  Beyond 41, and you may need to use cool cloths, fans, tepid bath etc. to avoid seizure or other adverse effects on the brain.

  2. When would you use a hot bath rather than a hot shower?  A hot shower is good for sinus congestion, headaches, neck pain etc. A hot bath is good for absorption of epsom salts -magnesium sulphate, sea salt, soda or potent cleansing and relaxing oils.

  3. What is a distinctive symptom of the onset of Corona? A dry unproductive cough and a temperature at the onset, compared to a runny nose and other familiar cold or flu symptoms, are possible alerts to your symptom being Corona related.

  4. Why should you avoid Ibuprofen?   Google research that this has been found present in most deaths from Corona.

  5. What has the most profound effect on the human brain when measured with biofeedback and why? I have an article Why an Atheistic Scientist was Converted about Dr. N. Jerome Stowell.  He was commissioned to measure the brainwaves on human beings during certain activities.  The highest positive 500 was registered on an elderly lady in hospital praying.  The brain responds MOST positively when the creature prays to the Creator who made him/her. 

  6. What has the most destructive effect on the human brain and why?

    The most negative response is when….?  If you are the first one to answer this, there is a free roll on bottle of Doterra synergistic healing, antiscptic oils including Onguard, Clove, Thyme, Oregano and Copaiba in fractionated coconut oil.

The sick sailors who stayed below deck, died.  Those who went above deck benefited from the sunlight and oxygen rich sea air, and lived.  Open your houses to light and fresh air.  Both are very strong disinfectants.

I don’t usually recommend things like HYPOL and it is apparently impossible to get anywhere now, but there is a time for strong remedies.  Cod liver oil is still available and that is what Hypol is based on.  In recent years, they have added ZINC due to research.  Keep this in mind and research the latest Corona possible drug ‘cures’ Chloroquine.  Fascinating that it facilitates the entry of zinc into the cell. 

If you can read the following, you will understand why antibiotics can’t help the Corona VIRUS and why anything that CAN enter inside the cell, is of great benefit. Secondary bacterial infections may be helped with antibiotics, but ask your doctor’s advice.  Most are providing phone consultations so don’t risk going into ‘hot spot’ areas like doctors offices.

There is a Lung strengthening technique that is extremely effective and I wish I had time to tell all the stories I have seen with this.  It is a simple trigger point, massage technique that affects the electricity and nerve currents in your body.  I have seen it work many times and did both the Basic and Advanced courses.  It would cost close to a $100 to go to some therapists who do this but it is easier and cheaper and more effective, if you can do it yourself.  Due to my history of pleurisy, whooping cough as an adult, diagnosed asthma and bronchitis and childhood passive smoking from a dad who died of lung cancer and emphysema, I have had to do many things and study many things to get my lung capacity and function working adequately without any medication.  The tricky part is to teach you how without access to a video as there are only two in this household and I am strict with isolation and distance and my husband is still recovering from a traumatic 10 day stint in ICU and hospital.  1.  Raise your arm to a 45 degree angle, straight, in line with the body, and with the other hand, press, resisting, on the wrist, momentarily.  Do not clench your fist.  Have your thumb up.  Do the other arm.  This connects your motor and sensory nervous system and gives a message to the brain that we are talking about the muscle isolated by this movement, ie. anterior serratus lung muscles.  Then massage the sternum between the breasts for a few minutes, and the 7 – 8 Thoracic region on the back ie. where the bra strap does up.  These are the neuro lymphatic trigger points.  Do the test, brain connection again but this time, using your alternate hand, run your hand from the nipple region on that arm, down past the thumbnail.  This can look ‘funny’ and some not so commendable spiritualists use this.  However, Hitler used massage and was a vegetarian and him using these things, did not make them bad.  Don’t throw out the baby with the bath water.  This electricity, nerve affecting technique is incredibly powerful and can help you strengthen your lungs as it did mine and I resumed normal female lung capacity of 350 after some time.  Men should have 450.

HYPOL – hard to get anywhere now, but a proven lung protector for adults and children. 

LIVER protection.  Fruit only breakfast, raw where possible and as much as possible till lunchtime.  Aids in elimination.  See the book “Fit for Life.”

LIP balms/creams.  The virus gets stuck in grease.  Better than your mouth.  Pawpaw from Aldis or Doterra Correct-X essential ointment. 

Vitamin D at times like this and make sure you are getting lunchtime sunlight and fresh air and a little exercise.  Three of the 8 Natural New Start remedies in one.  Will post the list soon. 

Remember the PARSLEY.  So high in nutrients and a strong blood cleanser and purifier.  Studies were done showing how something in parsley was killing cancer cell.  Trying to identify and replicate as a medicine. 

RUSSIAN BUTEYKO breathing exercises.  Several times a day, simply hold your breath and count for as long as you can.  The brain perceives a drop in oxygen levels in the blood and responds in two ways.  One, you are forced to start breathing again, and two, vaso dilation and opening of the bronchi and lung airways, occurs.  This is part of the autonomic system ie. your lungs as with your heart, breath and beat automatically.  You can tell your hand to open and shut, but not your bronchi pathways in your lungs.  This simple exercise has resulted in vast improvement for many asthmatics.  While you are trying to sleep, practice this.  Blowing up a balloon is another way of emptying and cleansing the lungs.  Cost free and simple.

HOW TO STRENGTHEN LUNGS

FOODS:    Lemons and other citrus fruit, Pears (preferably raw always),  Fenugreek seed tea with MANUKA honey, Garlic and all types of onions especially shallots,  Tumeric and Ginger

SUPPLEMENTS:  Mullein, Plantain, Moringa and Licorice herbs etc.

PHYSICAL:    Outdoor exercise, Deep breathing techniques including holding your breath for as long as you can to trigger vasodilation of the bronchi, Kinesiology lung strengthening, Lung muscle stretching techniques, Window open when you sleep, read the book ‘The Oxygen Breakthrough.”   Drink water that hasn’t had the oxygen boiled out of it and raw foods that haven’t had the oxygen, Vitamin C and important enzymes destroyed.  Posture.  Shiatsu lung strengthening trigger points eg. hold the thumb nail and count to 30 and release to help electrical nerve response to lung.

NB.  At present I am trying to work out how to show you the physical kinesiology etc. techniques.

24.3.20  TIPS FOR TODAY.  ‘You can’t do better, if you don’t KNOW better.’

HOW TO STRENGTHEN THE IMMUNE SYSTEM

(Remember, these are all just tips as each subject could take a book.  I will expand on all points at different times.)

The 8 Natural REMEDY ‘START’ program.  Email if you want a copy of this.  Examples are SUNLIGHT, at lunchtime, short bursts if too hot, 15 – 20 mins and try to allow the sun to synthesize the sun’s rays converting cholesterol to Vitamin D, for up to 48 hrs before washing.  Frequent washing does not allow for absorption.

HOT BATHS, SHOWERS OR FOOT BATHS.   – Hydrotherapy -HEAT, raises white cell count.NB. What you put in the bath or foot bath will absorb throughout your body.  Antiseptic ideal choices are Epsom salts magnesium sulphate or plain sea salt.  Cider vinegar to maintain the skin’s acid mantle.  NB.  I SAW, in Utah, in a petrie dish and under a microscope, Onguard, just one drop did the same as three, kill the SARS virus.  This is made of Clove, Cinnamon, Eucalyptus, Wild Orange and Rosemary.  I also use Thyme (hospitals use this for Glycothymol) and Oregano which is fascinating to research.

Simple laughter, comedies, light-heartedness.  Check out Patch Adams and Norman Cousins, the man who laughed himself well again from a crippling disease.  NB.  White cells are killed and diminish immune function, with sugar, bad diet, stress etc. 

FOOD:  ‘Let your food be your medicine.”  Review yesterday’s foods and remember the food choices you now make, are not only to keep you alive but to keep you HEALTHFULLY alive.  Buy nutrient dense foods, like dates, prunes, dried fruits which are all rich in minerals and fibre and antioxidants.  Get parsley (a blood purifier) into your garden and buy bunches and vitamise and freeze in ice block containers.  Plant spinach and shallots etc. Legumes are power houses of nutrition; as are seeds and nuts.  In the USA, during the Katrina cyclone devastation, PEPITAS, pumpkin seeds, were distributed.  They are a vermifuge (bowel cleanser) and high in ZINC which also boosts the immune system.  Vitamise and make into a spread like peanut butter.  Whenever you can, choose fresh fruits and vegetables and eat raw where possible or juice. 

ISOLATE from contamination.  Read LEVITICUS.  Our barrier nursing today, is based on this age old knowledge dealing with Leprosy. Every person you see, is not ‘one’ but all the people they have been with, and all THEY have been with, and so on in PYRAMID effect.  Get things left at your door or pick up when possible or post.  Use gloves whenever you go out and dispose before entering your home.  It may not be THAT serious here in Ballarat yet, but it will be if we don’t isolate adequately.  PREVENTION is always better than cure.  I will post the AMBULANCE DOWN IN THE VALLEY tomorrow. Results will be commensurate with effort.

SPIRITUAL STRENGTH.  Now! is the time to strengthen your connection with God.  Instead of the much needed long term ‘don’t forsake the gathering together’, it is time for prayer and study and meditation in nature rather than the social club ‘a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof.”  This strengthened faith will also boost the immune system imeasureably.

Psalm 46:1  God is our refuge and strength, a VERY present help in trouble.

The Ambulance Down In The Valley

Twas a dangerous cliff, as they freely confessed,
Though to walk near its crest was so pleasant;
But over its terrible edge there had slipped
A duke, and full many a peasant.
The people said something would have to be done,
But their projects did not at all tally.
Some said, “Put a fence ’round the edge of the cliff,”
Some, “An ambulance down in the valley.”

The lament of the crowd was profound and was loud,
As their hearts overflowed with their pity;
But the cry for the ambulance carried the day
As it spread through the neighboring city.
A collection was made, to accumulate aid,
And the dwellers in highway and alley
Gave dollars or cents – not to furnish a fence –
But an ambulance down in the valley.

“For the cliff is all right if you’re careful,” they said;
“And if folks ever slip and are dropping,
It isn’t the slipping that hurts them so much
As the shock down below – when they’re stopping.”
So for years (we have heard), as these mishaps occurred,
Quick forth would the rescuers sally,
To pick up the victims who fell from the cliff,
With the ambulance down in the valley.

Said one, to his peers, “It’s a marvel to me
That you’d give so much greater attention
To repairing results than to curing the cause;
You had much better aim at prevention.
For the mischief, of course, should be stopped at its source,
Come, neighbors and friends, let us rally.
It is far better sense to rely on a fence
Than an ambulance down in the valley.”

TIPS YOU CAN DO ~ 1.  Foot massage for family members, as they do in Tibet at the end of the day.  This is greatly stimulative to the immune system, nervous system and general physical well being and costs nothing.  If you live alone, you can massage your feet after a hot bath.  Some may remember the lady on 60 Minutes years ago who suffered with allergic response to the ‘2oth Century’ ie.  all the chemicals in this world, after a breakdown in her immune system.  After years of suffering, she went to a therapist who worked diligently on the nerve endings of her feet with nothing short of miraculous recovery. Press any and all areas of the feet, particularly the pads under the toes.  Holding firmly and counting to 20-30 and then releasing.  Physiologically, this allows a reduction of blood flow followed by a reflex inflow of blood to the area.  Similar to Japanese Shiatsu.  Using all those good oils mentioned previously like a mixture of Onguard, Thyme, Oregano and Lavender for stress relaxation.  NB.  Always mix with a base oil.  I use them in synergistic combination in roll-ons which are easy to apply.

2.  Two doctors lecturing around the world, Dr. Glenn Dettman and Dr. Archie Kalokerino, stated years ago, that if there is only ONE thing you can afford, get VITAMIN C.  Google Dr. Linus Pauling won the only unshared Nobel Prize for his work on Vitamin C.  The best and cheapest brand from UFS is Melrose Vitamin C powder WITH Bioflavanoids.  Nowhere in nature, is Vitamin C found without Bioflavanoids.  You are NOT just what you eat, but what you ABSORB!  And Bioflavanoids are necessary for absorption.  Nb. Dr. Linus wrote a book on this, but suffice it here to note the aspects of vaso dilation, ie. opening up of body pathways, particularly, the lungs; and the fact that it produces Interferon, used in cancer trials (google this), and lastly, it acts like the conductor of an orchestra, addressing all players to perform.  An example to help understand this, is the common recommendation to take your iron supplements with Orange juice as the Vitamin C helps iron absorb.  This is the case not only with iron, but many other nutrients as well. 

3. Lung strengthening.  This is an unusual one but one I have used with benefit many times.  It is a simple Chinese method of enhancing lung function when in distress.  Just hold the thumbnail, one hand at a time, breathing in slowly and count as long as you can, and release.  This is similar to trigger point, Shiatsu and other pressure point therapy and causes a reflex, nerve and physiologic response allowing an influx of oxygenated blood to flood into the area .  Complex, yet simple to perform and cost free as are most of these remedies.
